1. Hydraulic system for tunnel lining trolley 

This system comprises two or four hydraulic units made of complete set of our hydraulic components, which can meet the lining requirements for the cable trenches and ditches on both sides of the tunnel. With reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, it can meet the operation requirements of trolley travel, chassis lifting, displacement and adjustment, and formwork support. With the JSD12 Manually and Electrically-Operated MDCV, it can realize remote control and manual track-clearing functions.

2. Hydraulic system for tunnel invert trolley 

The crawler travelling trolley adopts dual-pump synchronization operation mode, while the walking type adopts single-pump mode. Remote control over the trolley displacement and lifting adjustment is realized by the JSD12 Manually and Electrically-Operated MDCV. The complete set of system adopts our hydraulic components, which can reliably satisfy the construction requirement of tunnel engineering.

3. Hydraulic system for compression garbage station 

The hydraulic systems for 5t, 8t and 12t compression Garbage stations respectively adopt our HP single gear pumps (working pressure 28Mpa) and duplex gear pumps (working pressure 25-28Mpa) or famous and high-quality high-pressure plunger pumps; with JSD18 (working pressure 31.5Mpa, flow rate 120L/min) and JSD22(working pressure 31.5Mpa, flow rate  200L/min) manually and electrically-operated multi-function MDCV, the hydraulic system can achieve multi-function requirements of multi-stage pressure regulation, throttle valve, balance valve, hydraulic lock, pressure relay, synchronization, differential converging, dual pump converging or low pressure pump HP off-load even without hydraulic manifold block. It features compact structure, complete function, reasonable power matching, convenient maintenance, short manufacturing period, simplified external pipe connection and low trouble rate. Therefore, it can significantly lower its manufacturing cost.

4. Hydraulic system for 900t movable formwork 

With the HP control technology, this hydraulic system realizes its function by using multiple groups of hydraulic cylinder and multiple sets of hydraulic oil source under the conditions of jacking, traverse shift, longitudinal shift and mold group manufacturing; in addition, it adopts the synchronous and pressure maintaining control technology to ensure stability and safety of the working condition. With the merits of safety, reliability, convenient operation and easy maintenance, over ten sets of device have been applied in the construction of domestic high speed rails.

5. Hydraulic system for inner formwork of 24m and 32m box girder 

This hydraulic system can realize inner formwork opening and retraction with multiple groups of hydraulic cylinder at the jacking, upper side form, lower side form, tapered form section and orifice; and the synchronous and pressure maintaining control technology is used to ensure the working gesture of inner formwork while the box girder pouring. With compact structure, safety, reliability and convenient operation, over 30 sets have been used in the construction of domestic high speed rails and expressways.

6. Hydraulic system for 4000N drilling machine 

This hydraulic system is used for the largest piling drilling machine currently at home; with multi-pump large flow oil source, it has the characteristics of high working pressure, safety and reliability and high efficiency. Several sets have been applied in the construction of domestic large bridges.

7. Hydraulic system for ferroalloy smelting electric furnace 

This hydraulic system is of double oil sources; among them, one set is used as backup. Since a large capacity pump accumulator unit is used, the motor can work discontinuously with energy saving. The electrode lifting is subject to synchronous control. It is applicable to 3200KVA~12500KVA ferroalloy calcium carbide smelting electric furnace. It can accomplish such actions as maintaining, lifting and pressure release.

8. Hydraulic system for pusher 

This hydraulic system adopts constant pressure variable piston pump and remote control for stepless speed regulation. It is applicable to delivery process of square billet for re-entering the combustion heater after cutting.

9. Hydraulic system for small and medium-size packing machine 

This hydraulic system adopts dual pump configuration of small displacement variable piston pump and large displacement gear pump combination and high/low pressure control; while the main cylinder moves quickly, it adopts dual pump converging; when the pressure exceeds the set pressure of gear pump, the gear pump loads off and the variable piston pump continues to work till the compaction is finished. It can realize mold opening and closing, loading, compaction and unloading.

10. Hydraulic system for punching machine 

This hydraulic system adopts three-acting multi-function hydraulic cylinder with innovative design and multiple groups of HP variable piston pump and PLC automatic circulation control to achieve the functions of fast feeding, fast locating, fact bidirectional sequential punching, forming,  stripping and cutting and lifting. It is suitable for extrusion forming of small diameter heated tube.

11. Multi-function hydraulic test bench 

In order to meet our main engine customers' requirement for factory test of hydraulic parts, the safety performance test requirement is satisfied in the design as per the national standard. These tests include overall performance test of pressure valve, flow valve, directional valve and MDCV, as well as test on the performance of hydraulic cylinder. A variety of sensors, pressure and flow proportion control valves may be installed as per the customers' requirements, to realize automatic test of test process, control over the test pressure, flow, temperature, time and frequency and document printing.
