504011 PH Bidirectional Balance Valve

Purpose and characteristics 

The PH Bidirectional Balance Valve Series is a new product designed by our company. Its working principle is: the pressure oil in the hydraulic oil inlet circuit jacks open the check valve in the balance valve and then enters the working cavity of actuating element; after the return oil pressure of actuating element exceeds the set unlocking pressure of balance valve, the balance valve will open gradually and the actuating mechanism begins to motion. When the return oil pressure increases, the balance valve opening increases and the actuating mechanism speeds up. The return oil pressure is controlled by controlling the motion distance of reversing valve and adjusting the oil amount, so as to control the motion speed of actuating mechanism. It mainly functions to prevent uncontrolled motion of the actuating mechanism and ensure the safety of complete equipment. This series features dedicate structure, high pressure and easy and convenient installation and maintenance. It is applicable to lifting and transportation machinery, sanitation vehicles, tower crane, piling machinery, aerial work machinery, speed limit and safety protection of lifting and slewing mechanisms of marine machinery.
