Purpose and characteristic 

The JCF-L22 Integrated MDCV is a patented product independently developed by our company. Based on original reversing function of MDCV, the brand new structural design fuses together such auxiliary valves with special functions as one-way speed control valve, pilot-operated hydraulic lock, overload converging valve, oil supplement valve and overload valve and the reversing function of MDCV. Via different combination modes, a novel integrated MDCV is constructed which features perfect function, high working pressure, large flow range, delicate appearance, easy control and high universality. It is widely applied to engineering machinery, construction machinery, piling machinery, drilling and exploring machinery, tunnel machinery, bridge machinery, environmental sanitation vehicle, railway machinery, highway machinery, energy machinery, ship machinery, military engineering vehicle, etc.

Technological characteristics 

1. The valve is cast in a high-strength spherical shell type, and the apperance is bright and clean.

2. By adopting specical technoogy in inner cavity of valve, the runner is smooth, little pressure is lost, and cleaning is easy.

3. By adopting hard chrome technology, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of slide valve are enhanced.
