505002 F42 Bidirectional Hydraulic Lock

Purpose and characteristics 

The F42 Bidirectional Hydraulic Lock is used in the hydraulic hitch legs of truck crane and overhead working truck. When the hydraulic hitch legs are laid down, the hydraulic lock can prevent automatic retraction of the hydraulic hitch legs due to oil leakage; in case of accidents such as oil tube rupture, it may prevent any accident due to the hydraulic hitch leg failure; when the truck crane or overhead working truck travels or parks, it may prevent fall due to dead weight of the hydraulic hitch legs.

The model of this bidirectional hydraulic lock in the joint design of the Machinery Department is: "SYS Bidirectional/Unidirectional Hydraulic Control Valve", while that in the design of Changjiang Engineering Crane is F42.
