Purpose and characteristics

The JDB-L15 High-Performance MDCV , a patented product independently developed by our company, on the basis of summarizing domestic MDCVs of CDB, CDA4 and DL series and absorbing foreign new technologies, features delicate structure, high pressure and large flow, low pressure loss and reliability and durability. It is a typical product with high working pressure, large flow and compact structure among existing combined type universal MDCVs and can replace multiple series of MDCV products at home and abroad. It is widely applied to various kinds of engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, drilling and exploring machinery, tunnel machinery, energy machinery, railway machinery, highway machinery, agricultural machinery and the like, has remarkable advantage in cost performance and is the first choice for upgrading the host supporting.

Performance characteristics

1. Each-section valve group is provided with inlet check valve; auxiliary valves such as overload valve, oil supplement valve, one-way throttle valve and pilot-operated hydraulic lock may be added to the ports A and B.

2. The slide valve functions of types 0, Y, A, B, N and Q are available for choice.

3. Series and parallel oil ways are available for choice; spring return and steel ball positioning as well as pneumatically-operated and pilot-operated control modes are applied.

4. Any combination of sections1-10 is allowed, and bridge valve may be adopted in return valve group.

5. Protective casing handle may be selected if the valve group is not provided with an overload valve.

6. Converging valve group and double-inlet valve group may be selected according to the needs of host supporting.
