Purpose and characteristics 

The JXF-L08※ small HP MDCV, a patented product newly developed by our company, features beautiful and delicate appearance, high pressure, large flow and convenient installation. With the highest pressure, largest flow and smallest volume among existing domestic combined directional vales of the same specification, it is an upgrade product of small MDCV.

The JXF-L08※ small HP MDCV is widely applied to the hydraulic systems of small engineering machinery, environmental sanitation vehicle, truck-mounted crane, overhead working truck, small drill rig, highway engineering vehicle and the like in which assistant control valve is not needed in valve group, and has remarkable advantage in cost performance.

Performance characteristics 

1. Through neutral-position runner unloading, little two-channel return pressure is lost; with pilot-operated dynamic damping overflow valve configuration, it features good opening/closing characteristic, little power loss, strong pollution resistance and high reliability.

2. Each-section valve group is provided with inlet check valve to prevent nod phenomenon and mutual interference during multi-way simultaneous control.

3. Through high- and low-pressure runner balance configuration, compressive deformation and reversing-position leakage are little, and control is easy.

4. Any combination of sections1-10 is allowed.

5. The slide valve functions of types 0, Y, B and N are available for choice.

6. Parallel, series and series-parallel oil ways are available for choice.

7. Control modes of spring return and steel ball positioning are applied.

8. Return valve plate may be a bridge valve
