Purpose and characteritics

The JSD-L15 Manually-Electrically Operated Multifunction MDCV is a patented product series (patent No.: ZL.201520799235.1) persistently developed by our company from 2016 to 2017. After prior shunting and pressure reduction and multistage filtration, a small amount of pressure oil serves as control oil source of pilot electromagnetic valve, and pilot oil cylinder is controlled to drive reversing slide valve to switch main oil line. When the pilot electromagnetic valve is at neutral position or fails, control handle at one end of valve group can perform normal reversing work to meet the working conditions or safety needs. When the pilot electromagnetic valve and the control handle are at neutral position, hydraulic system is in a low-pressure unloading state; when neutral position selection electromagnetic valve is unloading, the hydraulic system is in a complete unloading state.

The JSD15 specification, specially designed for micro hook-headed garbage truck, street sweeper, small and medium compression garbage station, tunnel machinery and small and medium hydraulic equipment with similar functional requirements, can satisfy different needs of multiple execution mechanisms in pressure regulation, overload protection, throttling, converging, differential acceleration, self-locking and pressure signal transfer, and meets the requirements of short-distance or long-distance and wired or wireless control.

The series of products features high pressure, large flow, delicate structure, multiple control functions, high reliability, complete specifications and wide application range; compared with other control modes, they have remarkably high cost performance and are first choice for upgrading the control systems of various kinds of hydraulic machinery.

Performance description

1. The JSD15 has function of plugging auxiliary valve in single-layer valve group and double-layer valve group.

2. To select a double-layer jack reversing valve, overload valve (with oil supplement function), oil supplement valve, pressure relay and pressure transmitter may be plugged in the first layer of port ends A and B; auxiliary valves such as pilot-operated hydraulic lock, one-way throttle valve, balance valve, pressure relay and pressure transmitter are plugged in the second layer.

3. Special orders are required for adding the functions such as converging valve group, unloading converging valve group and differential acceleration valve group.

4. To select function combination of the valve groups for the JSD15, the single-layer valve group and the double-layer valve group are classified and combined to realize convenient connection of the ports of low plate valve groups.

Performance characteristics

1. The slide valve functions of types 0, Y, A, B and N are available for choice; both series and parallel oil line ways and only spring-return control mode are applied to JSD15.

2. Any combination of sections1-8 is allowed.

3. Bridge valve may be adopted in return valve group, i.e., pressure oil may be output to other control elements for use when this multi-way valve is not in use.

4. Control mode of proportional pressure reducing electromagnetic valve may be selected.may be selected.

5. Pilot oil pressure may be unloaded when neutral-position selection electromagnetic valve is unloading.
