Purpose and characteristics 

The JSM20 Anti-Saturation Flow Load Sensitive MDCV is a brand new patented product, which is specially developed for the working conditions of various kinds of hydraulic machinery, by referring to the latest hydraulic load-sensitive control technology at home and abroad and applying the achievements of years of research and development of hydraulic control valve. It features novel structure, diversified control functions, high pressure, large flow, high control precision, remarkable energy saving effect, perfect universality and convenient maintenance, and is applicable to the fixed-displacement pump systems or variable-displacement pump hydraulic systems of various kinds of medium and large engineering machinery, drilling and exploring machinery, hoisting and transport machinery, environmental sanitation machinery and high-speed rail machinery.

Performance characteristics 

1. Pressure changing with load in main oil line is taken as LS signal; the signal source has high stability and does not interfere with the change of reversing flow distribution; the LS oil line is of simple structure without shuttle valve, thus, the working condition reliability is greatly improved.

2. Pressure compensation valve may be arranged in each valve group; when external input flow changes, the output flow proportion of each valve group does not change so as to guarantee coordination of the host working mechanism as well as the operation stability; and anti-saturation flow function is realized.

3. Computer digital operating system may be configured, which performs accurate control on the core displacement of primary reversing valve so as to realize linear control on the output flow and then preset control on the operating speed of executing mechanism; long-distance or remote operation on host may be implemented through program control.4. Diversified control functions: it has such control modes as hydraulic proportioning, electric-hydraulic proportioning, digital control and hand operation.
