Purpose and characteristics

The JSF Manually-Operated Modular Valve is a patented product developed by our company to satisfy the international market demand, which is a multi-function control valve integrated with inserted overflow valve, backflush return valve and manually-operated reversing, having the function of controlling the system pressure and manipulating the hydraulic cylinder to do reciprocating motion and realize one-way backflush return. It may form a hydraulic system with the oil source and actuating elements.

It is applicable to the hydraulic system of agricultural machinery, forestry machinery, construction machinery and pressing machinery to achieve easy control and manipulation.

Characteristics of backflush return valve

When the slide valve is reversed to Port B, under the steel ball location mode, the pressure oil does work from Port B to the hydraulic cylinder head port; when the pressure at Port B reaches the set pressure of backflush return valve, the slide valve will automatically return to neutral position for off-load. The factory set pressure of backflush return valve is set 20% lower than the system rated pressure and may be regulated as appropriate. The set pressure may be increased by clockwise turning the adjustment screw after loosening the locking nut and decreased by counterclockwise turning it. Note: if the set pressure of backflush return valve is higher than the set pressure of overflow valve, the backflush return valve will not be able to work; on the contrary, if the set pressure of backflush return valve is too low, the pressure will not be stable and this function cannot be used normally.

Technological features

Since this valve is subject to high-grade ductile cast iron shell mold casting, it features high strength, good wear resistance and artistic appearance.

The core cavity is made with special technology, featuring smooth flow channel and easy cleaning.

The valve rod is subject to hard chromium plating, featuring good anti-corrosion and good wear resistance.
