Purpose and description

The JZM10 Modular Valve Series for small drilling machines is our newly developed patented product, which is a novel hydraulic control element integrated with reversing valve, overflow valve, and balanced one-way throttle valve. It is featured with delicate structure, high pressure, large oil passage capacity, strong anti-contamination and volume decrease by 2/5, especially suitable for the field working environment. It is widely applied in coal mine drilling machine, geological exploration drilling rig, small engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, light industrial machinery, sanitation machinery and lifting machinery.

Performance characteristics

With no load position internal channel for off-load and overload valve configuration, its anti-contamination and reliability is enhanced to greatly correct the large power loss of common direct-acting overflow valve. With the balance one-way throttle valve design, it can be easily regulated under permissible pressure. For the reversing slide valve, both ends are of zero leakage design with small amount of internal leakage at the reversing position, featuring easy control at high and low pressure; with single and double-way reversing valve group, there are 0 and Y type slide valve function selections, to realize the control mode of spring return and steel ball location.
